History Society

The MIC History Society is very active on campus. It has hosted a number of conferences and events in previous years. Working with the History Department, local museums and historical groups, the History Society has seen a number of prominent guest speakers give lectures on topics of local, national & international interest.
A trip to Newgrange and a two day conference in Mary I are among the events planned for 2012/2013.
