This society is dedicated to the development of live music in Mary I. They play a session almost every Thursday in O' Dwyers bar. Anyone is free to come along and play or sing (guitar, drums and piano provided, bring anything else you play). All styles are welcomed though singing/playing Wonderwall is frowned upon!
The Live Music Soc has also organised a Battle of the Bands and showcase gig in Dolans and for the last 2 HOT Weeks have organised Mary I's very own music festival "The Summerville Sessions" where about 40 musicians took over the Summerville Building for an evening of great music!
