A six week block of Yoga classes will commence from next Wednesday, 10th February from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.
Due to its combined focus of mindfulness, breathing and physical movements, Yoga has both physical and mental health benefits.
This programme will follow the Viniyoga Tradition which is a therapeutic version of Hatha Yoga.The class will be led by Camilla O'Callaghan and all levels of experience are welcome.
The total cost will be €30 and is payable in advance. Limited amount of places available so please sign up and pay at the Health Promotions Office by Friday February 5th, to secure a place.
