Role: The Vice-President/Education Officer acts as the first point of contact for giving advice to students on educational matters. Bio: Sometimes confused for Ray Foley, Noel hails from Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo (the hometown of Louis Walsh). You may find Noel quoting Scrubs and rambling about radio, as well as occasionally hearing him reading the news on Spin South West. He's also a fan of puns. He once entered a pun competition in The Star and entered ten puns. Did he win we hear you ask? Unfortunately, no pun in ten did.... he made us write that!
