The Paid Part-Time Student Officerships are a 1 Year Paid Opportunity on the MISU Executive Committee where you will gain and develop knowledge and skills that will put you steps ahead on your career path!
The remaining paid part-time Officership available is the Postgraduate Officer and this position, along with the Thurles Office, five voluntary part-time Officerships and three full-time Officerships, make up the MISU Executive Committee.
Part-Time Officerships can be held whilst you complete your studies with the paid part-time officerships requiring the officers to ensure availability to meet with students and attend meetings, as required during their agreed office hours.
The Postgraduate Officer works 10 hours per week, during the academic term time only.
You will need to ensure that you fulfil all legal requirements to work in Ireland when taking up office, as you will become an employee of MISU.
Nominations for the Postgraduate Officership opens on Friday, 12th September 2025 at 09:00am.

Voting Day will take place on Thursday, 25th September 2025 from 08:00am to 06:00pm. Counting of the Votes will take place online at 06:30pm.
